Kildonan Common is looking for 4 overnight awake contractors to work in several of our locations in Winnipeg, MB.
The hours are 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM
The rate of pay is: training, $16.67, probation $17.50 and following is $20.00
Duties and responsibilities
- Documenting the coming and going of youth in a clear and concise manner
- Tending to youth throughout the night ensuring their safety
- Writing Incident Reports for AWOLs, intoxication, leaving after curfew
- Contacting ANCR and police when necessary
- Completing the morning update
- General housekeeping
- Debriefing with contractors on shift
- Picking up youth who may be in an unsafe situation after hours
- Have clear communication skills
- Able to remain awake for the entirety of the shift
