Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise Youth Trainees (up to four per team)
• Schedule and coordinate youth trainee activities
• Ensure work is completed efficiently
• Document activities and submit required reports

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff teams or work crews
• General labour experience, including yard maintenance
• Familiarity with small hand and power tools
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a Red River Métis Citizen
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must provide a Criminal Record Check and Abuse Registry Checks
