Who Can Apply

This program is open to Red River Métis Citizens who meet the following requirements:

Proof of MMF Citizenship card
18 years of age or older
Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver's licence
Access to a reliable vehicle
Satisfactory Criminal Record and Abuse Check
